With 27 years of site management experience, Dream Interiors have the knowledge to ensure that every site is managed and run properly and that every aspect of the site runs smoothly by:

• Visiting the site daily
• Checking that everything is set out correctly, prior to installation
• Managing the contractors and suppliers. (This includes any contractors who are contracted directly to the client)
• Chairing the weekly site meetings and issuing minutes within 24 hours of the meeting taking place
• Snagging the site weekly and making sure that the snags are completed correctly
• Inspecting all the shop fit items in the factory prior to delivery and installation on site
• Resolving out any site issues
• Checking and maintaining quality
• Managing the invoicing and payment process
• Managing and updating the variation schedule
• Ensuring that the site is running according to the approved site timing program
• Ensuring that the approved budget is adhered to
• Ensuring that all the required Health and Safety requirements are always in place and adhered to.
